Camping Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement

Camping Policies & Guidelines

$35 / Day electric hook-ups/Reserved area

$10 / Night any other over-night stay

This price is for camp site only. No gate fee or rider fee included.

QUIET HOURS: 10:30 pm -7am Please be courteous of neighbors. Please be at your site by 10:30 pm.

Gates are closed after business hours. Additional entries must be approved by management. No riding on the track after business hours.

State Law: All RVs are required to have an approved sewer ring/donut to prevent spillage and odor.

Do not dump any contaminants on site.

At any time you may be asked to move to a different camping location onsite.

Pets: We welcome pets, you must clean up after them, always keep them on a leash, walking them less then 6ft leash, NO AGGRESSIVE PETS OR EXCESSIVE BARKING limit 2 per site. Do not leave them left unattended.

Guests: All visitors must sign waiver & pay gate fee in addition to this waiver.

Speed Limit is 10 mph. Watch for children at play and motorized vehicles. Pedestrians have the right of way. For the safety of children bicycles welcome during daylight hours.

Campfires must be contained in an area less than a 3x3 area, do not cut wood off property, must clean up when done. Do not burn during burn ban.

Garbage: Please use designated areas.

No glass containers, no fireworks, no campfire wood with nails.

Management has the right to move vehicles or belongings without notice or liability in an emergency.

Refunds are not given for early departure or for the whims of mother nature. Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the park for breaking policies with NO refund.

Camping has inherent risks associated with outside activities. We are not responsible for injuries or damages occurring as part of the inherent risks of camping/ water environment. This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping / premises privileges with the understand the he or she does hereby release the owner of Great American Speed dba GAS MX, its officers, employees, family members, volunteers and fellow campers of all liability for the loss or damages to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of its camping / premises and agree to indemnify the campground, its officers employees, family members, volunteers and fellow campers, against claims resulting from loss or damage to the property or injury to the person(s) or visitor(s) of any member of the family of the camper, arising out of the use of its camping/premises facilities activities.

I agree to pay for any damages to campground property, sites, buildings, facilities, equipment, or loss of equipment which may occur due to the actions of myself or my party. I agree to take full responsibility for myself and all the people in my party, including minors and visitors, and will require them to comply with all campground/ premises Policies and guidelines as well as the terms and conditions as set forth in this registration form.

I hereby give permission to Great American Speed dba GAS MX and its affiliates to use my name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for the purposes of advertising, promotions, trade, and any other lawful purpose.
